False Preachers in Church: 7 Dangers You Need to Know!

False Preachers in Church: 7 Dangers You Need to Know!

Unfortunately, there are some pastors who use the Gospel of Jesus Christ as a means to manipulate and deceive Christians. False preachers in church are particularly dangerous in our generation because they use their position of authority to spread harmful teachings and take advantage of vulnerable individuals.

In this article, I will explore some warning signs to look out for and provide tips on how to protect yourself from the influence of the false preachers in church today.

Who are False Preachers and Why are They Dangerous?

False preachers in the church are leaders who use religion as a means to manipulate and deceive others. They use their position of authority to spread harmful teachings and take advantage of vulnerable new Christian converts and the careless ones.

False teachers are dangerous because they often have large followers and are regarded as trusted men of God of high authority. So, it takes the mighty power of the LORD to convince their followers that the false teachings are misconception of the scriptures and bunch of lies.

The dangerous act of false preachers in church leads to:

1. Emotional manipulation

2. Financial exploitation

3. Blindfolded mind

4. Lukewarm Christians

5. Hypocrite

6. Backslide from the path of holiness and

7. Leading church members to the path of Hell

Our generation is so corrupt that if you don’t learn how to read and understand the Bible yourself in the presence of the LORD you can’t escape been deceived by the brilliant false preachers in church!

7 Major Ways to Recognize False Preachers in Church

1. Expert in Prophecies

I am not saying every prophecy is false but watch out, the false preachers in the church claim to have received divine revelation outside the scripture. And in reality, they are being commissioned and empowered by the Devil to mislead and disrupt the church.

For instance; False speaking in tongues is the order of the day in many churches today and miracles through demonic manipulations and materialism are uncountable.

All prophecies that you cannot find the root in the word of Jesus Christ should be discarded.

Jesus Christ warns that: “For false Christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.” (Matthew 24:24)

2. Good Teachers of Heresies

False preachers in the church can be dangerous and misleading, especially those who teach heresies that contradict essential Christian beliefs.

These false teachers, also known as heretics, may appear charismatic and knowledgeable, but their teachings can lead their followers astray from the truth.

But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction.” (2 Peter 2:1)

Some heretic teachings include:

1. Holy Trinity; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

2. God doesn’t care about your dress or make-ups, He only cares about your faith in Jesus Christ.

3. God loves the LGBT so accept them into the church as members. Etc

4. “You cannot be free from sins… always recite psalms… pay money to pastor so he will pray and God can forgive you for daily sins committed…”

3. Excellent Prosperity Preachers

Wealth is good but it becomes a problem when all the interest of your pastor is the amount you contribute financially and cares less about the status of your salvation. Watch out for teachers who are majorly after how you will become rich so that you can bring big cash to church for a big prayer of blessings from him.

They don’t care seriously about your spiritual growth. False pastor will neither scold you for your sinful lifestyle nor instil spiritual discipline into you. They are just after the money you will donate.

I have been to churches where the pastors determine the number of prayer points by the amount you come forward to drop at the altar.

These false preachers, also known as charlatans. They twist the teachings of Jesus Christ and use their position of power to manipulate and exploit their followers for financial gain.

They have many estates, fleets of cars, aeroplanes and massive investments while the large population of their church members becomes poorer.

Thus says the Lord GOD: “Behold, I am against the shepherds, and I will require My flock at their hand; I will cause them to cease feeding the sheep, and the shepherds shall feed themselves no more; for I will deliver My flock from their mouths, that they may no longer be food for them.” (Ezekiel 34:10)

4. Smart at Division

False preachers in church can cause great harm by using false doctrine to divide and disrupt the congregation. These false pastors are often referred to as “The Divider” and their actions can lead to the separation of brothers and sisters in the church.

False teachers are the agents of division in the midst of Christians from the time of Apostle Peter till today. Why do we have many denominations? Jesus Christ did not expect us to have diverse church doctrines. He wants us to preach the Gospel worldwide.

Jesus Christ said to the first set of Christians: “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)

I feel sad when I hear the false preachers in church announce that the LORD told them to split from a church and to become the overseer of another new named church.”

Note: All pastors will tell you that the name of their churches are not in heaven. You can’t get to heaven and see Catholic, Presbyterian or Pentecostal churches.

All the Christian denominations are man-made caused by false preachers to divide the children of GOD.

5. They are Abusers

False prophets are involved in all forms of sexual abuse, lustful statements, adultery and abuse of power. It is always in the news how some church leaders molest and engage in sexual cults and other unscriptural and abominable acts.

Just run away from such leaders because they belong to the Devil.

6. Based on Speculations

False preachers in the church often fall into the trap of focusing on novelty and speculation rather than the steady doctrine of Scripture.

These false teachers prioritize their own ideas and interpretations over the bulk of the Bible’s content and emphasis. They become obsessed with trivial or novel matters, growing weary of the old truths.

False preachers in the church have been a problem throughout history. These individuals often twist the message of Scripture to fit their own agenda or to gain power and influence over their followers.

For instance, we’ve heard many of them fixing dates for the end time of the world which had repeatedly failed.

7. Tickles their Followers

False preachers in the church, also known as “The Tickler”, prioritize pleasing men over pleasing God. They seek popularity and praise from the world, and in order to maintain their followers’ respect, they only preach the parts of the Bible that are deemed acceptable.

This often means speaking only of happiness and avoiding topics such as sin and hell.

Throughout history, there have been false preachers who have used the church as a platform to spread their own agenda. They often have a charismatic personality and a large following, but their teachings lack substance and depth. I won’t mention names but by their fruits you shall know them.

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.” (2 Timothy 4:3-4)

How To Test and Discern False Preachers in Church

1. Test their Fruits

When it comes to identifying false preachers in church, you have to make use of the word of GOD and that of Jesus Christ written in the Bible as the standard on your checklist.

Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves… therefore by their fruits you will know them.” (Matthew 7:15-20)

Jesus Christ advises to look at the fruit of their lives, meaning their actions and behavior, as a way to discern their true intentions.

This includes examining their relationships, their treatment of others, and whether their teachings align with the core values of Christianity.

Jesus Christ warns us to be cautious of false preachers who may appear to be righteous but are actually deceitful and harmful. These false teachers may disguise themselves as kind and gentle, but their true intentions are to manipulate and exploit their followers.

It is important to pay attention to their actions and the impact they have on others. Just as a healthy tree produces good fruit, a true preacher will bring positivity and love into the lives of those they lead. However, a false preacher will only bring negativity and destruction.

2. Test their Doctrines

False preachers in the church are those who teach doctrines that contradict the teachings of Jesus Christ and the principles of godliness.

These false teachers are often arrogant and lack true understanding of the faith they claim to represent. It is vital for you to discern the truth and avoid being led astray by false teachings.

False preachers in church can be identified by measuring the doctrines they teach against the sound words of Jesus Christ.

All church doctrines that were not given through Jesus Christ are false. Invite the Holy Spirit into you and once you obey His voice then you are free from the bondage of man-made doctrines all over the Christendom.

False preachers in the church are dangerous agents of the Devil. They may appear to be holy men of God, but in reality, they are wolves in sheep’s clothing, spreading a twisted version of the true gospel. These false prophets are not always easy to spot, as they may use clever tactics to deceive and manipulate their followers.

One of the most common signs is a focus on material wealth and prosperity, rather than spiritual growth and development. False preachers may also use fear tactics to control their followers or make grandiose claims about their own abilities or connections to a higher power.

It is important to remain vigilant and to identify these preachers by their actions and the fruits of their ministry.

You are safe from danger if you only believe and act according to the word of the LORD in the Bible.

May the LORD save us from the destruction of the false preachers in Jesus’ name.

Spiritual Darkness in the Church; The Devil’s Secret Revealed!

Spiritual Darkness in the Church; The Devil’s Secret Revealed!

Spiritual darkness in the church means the presence of the Devil appearing as angel of light with great manifestation of unholy acts that blindfold the Christians and separate them from the LORD.

It’s awful and painful when the LORD revealed this sad situation to me. We must wake up from slumber and fight the good fight of faith!

Today’s message is not meant to judge anyone but to reveal the secret of the Devil and to open our eyes to see the spiritual darkness in the church through the Light of Jesus Christ!

“I was held by an Angel of the LORD in a vision and was taken out of the earth and I could see the whole earth like a small city surrounded by air and water. Many buildings and structures were created by man but the earth was in pitch-darkness despite the electrical infrastructures and I saw scanty spot of light illumination in the midst of the extreme darkness.”

“The Holy Spirit told me that I should not be carried away by the size of the earth because during the second coming of Jesus Christ, everyone on earth would see Him coming. And the darkness connotes the manifestation of the Devil across the earth.”

I want you to share this unpopular message with your friends because the strong influence of the spiritual darkness in the church intends to wipe away our souls from GOD’s kingdom!

How Did Spiritual Darkness Descend into the Church?

After Jesus Christ showed His disciples the Light and taught them how to live a holy life. Then His Blood was shed on the cross for the cleansing of our sins and He resurrected on the third day. Before His ascension to heaven, Jesus Christ gave a specific instruction:

“And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”” (Mark 16:15)

The disciples did not spread to the world to preach after receiving the Holy Spirit rather they constitute a “mega church” in Jerusalem.

It was a big error that the early Christians restricted themselves to a building when the LORD expected them to always be on the move to witness the Gospel across countries.

The LORD is no more interested in building or temple. I tell you authoritatively that HE is interested in you!

“And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people.”” (2 Corinthians 6:16)

When it was about the second century after Christ’s resurrection, the Devil took advantage of the congregational style to create his counterfeit church. The arrival of Roman Catholic marks the arrival of spiritual darkness in the church.

The Devil brought division to the midst of the Christians and the leaders did not focus on the Gospel message anymore but their priority was how to create doctrines that would make them unique.

Spiritual darkness in the church was established on the day the Christians started to have denominations and man-made doctrines.

Is GOD Happy with the Current Status of the Church?

The spiritual battle that brings darkness into the church is not strange to the LORD, and Jesus Christ gave the warnings:

“How is it you do not understand that I did not speak to you concerning bread? –but to beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees.”

Then they understood that He did not tell them to beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and Sadducees.” (Matthew 16:11-12)

The LORD alerts everyone through the vision revealed to John:

“And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.” (Revelation 12:17)

Jesus Christ foresees darkness coming when he asked if he would really find faith on earth during His second coming? (Luke 18:8).

The LORD is not happy with this current situation but it’s not His fault. When we make the right choice to embrace the Light of Jesus Christ then the spiritual darkness would disappear.

10 Signs of Spiritual Darkness in the Church

1. Disobedience to the teachings of Jesus Christ and worship of images/leaders in the church.

2. Creation of doctrines and creeds that are alien to the Bible.

3. Availability of various versions of the Bible to water-down the teachings of Jesus Christ.

4. Church is equally yoked with Catholic, Muslim, Buddhist and the like.

5. Many church leaders are lovers of money, sucking the poor sheep to become a fat shepherd.

6. Abominations such as homosexual, transgender and the like are allowed in the church of our generation.

7. We hardly hear directly from the LORD but demonic speaking in tongues that are not interpreted for you had filled the church!

8. Acceptability of worldly style of music, dressing, slangs and traditions are great signs of spiritual darkness in the church.

9. False teachers are densely populated in the church.

10. Use of dark powers by many famous church leaders for miracles, signs and wonders in the church.

Effects of Spiritual Darkness in the Church

1. No more GOD’s manifestation in many churches.

2. The Devil’s manipulations such as fake miracles are abound.

3. Love for things of this world than love for GOD.

4. Holiness is scarce!

5. Faith in the LORD is rare!

6. Some people who have one problem goes to church and come back home with multiple predicaments!

7. High numbers of lukewarm, backsliding and ‘half-baked’ Christians.

8. The word of GOD in the Bible is less important when compared to the New Age teachings around us.

9. Many Christians cannot boost entering heaven but hide under grace. Can grace and sin dwell together?

10. Every church that has its own special doctrines or creed are blindfolded and under the influence of spiritual darkness of the Devil. Deceits of the highest order everywhere!

How to Overcome Spiritual Darkness in the Church

1. Let’s ask for forgiveness and retrace our steps back to the First Love we have in the LORD.

2. We must go back to the Word of GOD in the Bible without misrepresenting it to suit ourselves.

3. Stop believing your Pastor’s teachings if you cannot find it in the teachings of the LORD recorded in the Bible.

4. Only the teachings of Jesus Christ should be our doctrines.

5. Stay away from church that spend long hours of religious activities in the building without pushing you out to preach the Gospel.

6. Forget about church interested in your money for building mega church and other things of this world instead of blessing the poor.

7. You must understand that church should only be a gathering for Bible Studies, Singing Hymns and Prayers just like Jesus Christ did.

8. Your money which should be more than tithes (according to Jesus Christ) must be invested in lives of the poor around you and gospel missionary.

9. We would overcome spiritual darkness in the church if we all understand that Jesus Christ did not ask us to sit in buildings on Saturdays/Sundays but to preach the Gospel to the world.

10. Our leaders should stop portraying themselves to us as a ‘super-god’, distracting us from the real identity of Jesus Christ.

I am not disputing the fact that the Light of the LORD can wipe away every spiritual darkness in the church but that won’t happen without our choice because the LORD does not abuse His Power.

Similarly, Adam and Eve made the choice of eating the forbidden fruit, we made the choice to mingle with the world and GOD would never abuse His power on us. It is wise you make the choice of pulling out from the ‘civilization and technologies’ that takes your heart away from the LORD.

Kindly embrace the Holy Spirit who would teach and counsel you on the righteous way to survive this corrupt world so that you can find it possible to escape the hot judgment of the end time!

10 Truths About Soul Sleep that Christians Should Know!

10 Truths About Soul Sleep that Christians Should Know!

Soul sleep is a belief originated by some people who teaches that the soul of the dead sleeps without any action until the final day of resurrection and judgment by the LORD.

By the special grace of the LORD, I have the authority to teach this topic about soul sleep because GOD revealed a vision about consciousness of life after death to me.

Does a Dead Soul Truly Sleep?

“The LORD took me to His courtyard in a vision and I noticed the environment was very beautiful, clean, peaceful and quiet. He sits on His Throne of Judgment and there is a single row of dead souls before Him. I noticed the number of dead souls on the row increases continuously. And no one spends up to a femtosecond before the LORD.

He pronounces His judgment and no one argues with Him or complains that His judgment is not fair. There is an exit by the right and left side of the courtyard. I noticed after the pronouncement the judged souls do not need anyone to usher them to their appropriate exit route. Many souls walk through the left exit while very few walk through the right exit.”

I asked God to explain the vision and He told me to preach the following to the world:

1. “Tell everyone that it does not take Me a day to judge everyone on earth.” “I don’t count seconds the way you count on earth.”

2. “Once you die, your flesh rotten on earth but your soul and spirit are intact and I reform you to fit into the new existence. You receive instant judgement when you die and you either go to hell to suffer or heaven to enjoy till the day of final judgment.”

3. Tell the world that many people are going to hell fire while saints are very few on the path to heaven.”

I was very scared after God’s message because the tone has no respect for anyone. If you are obedient then you would enjoy, but if you disobey despite your status as a Pastor, anointed Prophet, longest church member or whatever award you are given in the Church…then it will be a sorrowful day.

I pray you and I won’t miss heaven in Jesus name. GOD did not put up a procedure for soul sleep, so beware of such heresy originated from the Devil’s scheme to deceive us.

10 Facts to Show that Soul Sleep is Heresy

1. You can never find such word in the Holy Book and neither the LORD nor Jesus Christ teaches soul sleep in the Bible.

2. The story of the rich man and Lazarus in ‘Abraham’s bosom’ shows that souls are not sleeping.

“…So it was that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s bosom. The rich man also died and was buried… Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame…” (Luke 16:19-31)

3. Prophet Isaiah’s prophecy made it clear that souls in hades were not passive.

“Hell from beneath is excited about you, to meet you at your coming; It stirs up the dead for you, all the chief ones of the earth; It has raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations…” (Isaiah 14:9-11)

4. Jesus Christ made it clear that Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are not sleeping but alive.

“But even Moses showed in the burning bush passage that the dead are raised, when he called the Lord ‘the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. For He is not the God of the dead but of the living, for all live to Him.” (Luke 20:37-38)

5. If Moses and Elijah were going through soul sleep then it would be impossible to join Jesus Christ during His prayer meeting.

“…And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him…” (Matthew 17:1-8)

6. Souls does not sleep and that is the reason they could cry for justice.

And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” (Revelation 6:10)

7. Jesus Christ told the guy on the other cross to meet Him in paradise, thus both of them were not going to sleep in any realm and not at the purgatory.

“And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.” (Luke 23:43)

8. The wisdom of the Holy Spirit in Apostle Peter made us to know that after death the body becomes rotten while your spirit continues to be active! (1 Peter 3:18-19)

9. “And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment.” (Hebrew 9:27)

10. Jesus Christ was around with His disciple for a while before ascension to heaven, if soul sleep was a true teaching, then that would have been impossible for Jesus to do. (Acts chapter 1)

Soul sleep is not real and does not exist. So, I want you to believe the teachings of the Prophets and Jesus Christ which proves that soul sleep is heresy.

Spiritual Father: Who is your Real and Fake Father?

Spiritual Father: Who is your Real and Fake Father?

According to Jesus Christ our Lord, there is only one Spiritual Father and He is Almighty GOD. We made GOD jealous by calling our Pastors and spiritual leaders Father and the church is presently in a terrible mess.

Is your faith sucking because of the strange news you heard about your spiritual father? Are you disappointed by the attitude of your spiritual grandfather too?

Today’s sermon would give you the right understanding of the title ‘spiritual father’ and guide you to know how to address your spiritual leaders in the righteous way approved by Jesus Christ.

This message is strictly for Christians who respect Jesus Christ’s commandments and not the controversial doctrines of church leaders.

Who is Spiritual Father in the Bible?

The word ‘spiritual father’ does not exist in the Bible, so it came into existence as a title after the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ by some leaders including the papacy.

The title ‘Father’ is sacred to Jesus Christ that He referred to the LORD as Father for 213 times as recorded in gospels and acts.

When Jesus Christ noticed the havoc caused by the leaders into the lives of the followers and the victims could not raise their voice because they respect the titles of their leaders so much. Jesus set them free by telling them the truth about GOD who is Spiritual:

Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven.” (Matthew 23:9)

Bible Verses About Spiritual Father

Matthew chapter 23 verses 1 to 12:

“Then Jesus spoke to the multitudes and to His disciples, saying: “The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. “Therefore, whatever they tell you to observe, that observe and do, but do not do according to their works; for they say, and do not do.

“For they bind heavy burdens, hard to bear, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers. “But all their works they do to be seen by men. They make their phylacteries broad and enlarge the borders of their garments.

“They love the best places at feasts, the best seats in the synagogues, “greetings in the marketplaces, and to be called by men, ‘Rabbi, Rabbi.’

But you, do not be called ‘Rabbi’; for One is your Teacher, the Christ, and you are all brethren.”

Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven.”

“And do not be called teachers; for One is your Teacher, the Christ.”

“But he who is greatest among you shall be your servant. “And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.”””

What is Jesus saying?

1. The structural setting of Jesus context above is congregational, so calling your earthly parent father is not a sin in this context but calling your pastor your father is a sin in the context above.

2. All servants of GOD in this context must refuse big titles like; father-in-the-Lord and other forms of titles we give ourselves from the time of Paul.

3. All New Testament believers must see themselves as brothers and sisters; no one is big than the other in the church.

4. Any leader who wants to lead the congregate must act like a servant without wearing big clothes, riding exotic cars, sitting on big chairs or asking the church members to build a mansion for him.

5. It might be difficult for the spiritual leaders to accept these commandments because Jesus is changing the trend of worshiping Pastors to adoring GOD only.

Your Mentor is Not Your Spiritual Father

A mentor is someone who advised you and explained the scriptures to you when you are growing spiritually. The popular trend in our midst is to refer to such mentor a spiritual father but it is perfectly wrong. Your mentor can be your spiritual leader but can never receive the title called “Spiritual Father.” GOD is Spirit, so there is only one Spiritual Father for everyone and He is the LORD.

Many of the spiritual leaders who love to be called ‘spiritual father’ justify their disobedience by quoting 1 Corinthians 4:14–15 and 2 Corinthians 12:14–15. But, Paul’s statement in the passages were self-proclaimed and not God speaking the utterance through him.

3 Importance of Having the Spiritual Father

1. When you confess your sins and accept Jesus Christ into your life, then GOD becomes you Spiritual Father who blesses you with His Holy Spirit.

“Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.”” (John 14:23)

2. The Holy Spirit would be your counsel every day to guide you on the righteous path to follow.

3. If you give all your respect to the LORD, you won’t suffer disappointment.

I got more confused and wonder if many of our leaders are not like the Pharisees. How could I call my pastor or the general overseer “my spiritual fathers” and I hear them refer to God as their “father”. So, who is God to me…my “spiritual grandfather”?

Jesus Christ had clearly told us that we are all brethren and only GOD is our Father. God is Spirit, so HE is the only Spiritual Father!

It might be difficult to change the damaging church doctrines which contradicts Jesus’ commandments, but I want you to meditate on today’s message and act according to the instructions of Jesus Christ by not calling any man your spiritual father.
