What Must I Do to be Saved? 12 Steps to Your Salvation!

What Must I Do to be Saved? 12 Steps to Your Salvation!

12 Major Steps You Must Do to be Saved

1. Self-realization that you need a Saviour and no more blind arguments.

2. Believe in the power of GOD and His salvation for you through Jesus Christ.

3. Sincere readiness to follow the “terms and conditions” of Jesus Christ.

4. Read the Bible to know the will of GOD, things the LORD expect from you and guidelines for your new lifestyle.

11. Pray to the LORD every day for His support.

12. Don’t allow the love of this world to hold you back!

What the Salvation of Jesus Christ Cannot Do?

Please be cautious of many false preachers who tell you that you have nothing to do than to confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour.

They may tell you that whatever you do would not stop you from entering heaven…They misinterpret many statements of Paul and quote some Old Testament verses which are not relevant for the New Testament era. Be careful!

The salvation of the LORD through Jesus Christ does not agree to the following:

1. Living a sinful life after confessing Jesus Christ as Lord.

“For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit…

if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.” (Hebrew 6:4-6)

2. Using unholy powers or worldly features for the propagation of the Gospel.

“Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’”

“And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’” (Matthew 7:22-23)

3. Inconsistent relationship with the LORD.

“I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot.”

“So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.” (Revelation 3:15-16)

4. Christians who claimed that this dispensation of grace gives them eternal security despite their active careless lifestyle.

Paul whom some Christians quote for their carelessness says:

“What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?” (Romans 6:1-2)

The salvation of the LORD through Jesus Christ would make you free from the bondage of sin and enjoy seamless relationship with the LORD.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

The Secret of Spiritual Discipline for a Christian life!

The Secret of Spiritual Discipline for a Christian life!

Spiritual discipline for Christians means giving everything about yourself to GOD to train you on how to live a holy life and the readiness to be chastised when you disobey the rules.

It is not a news that the brevity and victory of the army in any war is directly related to the training they received on camp. And the athletes that win gold medals after a tough competition went through strict disciplines by their coaches.

Today’s message would explain the significance of spiritual discipline and the best choice for you.

Why do You Need Spiritual Discipline?

Many Christians tried to avoid the spiritual training because of the pains related to it and when they face the storm of life, it becomes a disaster to their faith.

It is good to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour but that is not all about the Christian race to heaven. You also need the spiritual training from the Holy Spirit to make you a strong energetic Christian to the end of the race.

The parable of Jesus recorded in the book of Mark chapter 4 made it clear that there is more training to do after joining the Christendom:

“…Listen! Behold, a sower went out to sow… Some fell on stony ground, where it did not have much earth; and immediately it sprang up because it had no depth of earth…some seed fell among thorns; the thorns grew up and choked it, and it yielded no crop…

“And these are the ones by the wayside where the word is sown. When they hear, Satan comes immediately and takes away the word that was sown in their hearts… and they have no root in themselves, and so endure only for a time. Afterward, when tribulation or persecution arises for the word’s sake, immediately they stumble.

“Now these are the ones sown among thorns; they are the ones who hear the word, and the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.”

7 Major Benefits of Spiritual Discipline include:

1. Acquisition of Divine Power.

2. Your spirit being would be strong enough to wrestle and win.

3. It becomes impossible for your body to move into sin.

4. You’ll find it easier to see and hear from the LORD.

5. Devil cannot steal your joy even during the hard times.

6. You treasure in Heaven is enormous than the richest sinner on earth.

7. Steady victory over unavoidable daily temptations.

What did Bible Say about Spiritual Training?

Some bible verses about spiritual discipline which you can read and meditate upon include:

1. “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” (Romans 12:1-2)

2. “Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it.

And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown.” (1 Corinthians 9:24-25)

3. “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

4. “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.” (Colossians 3:16)

5. “Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.” (Hebrew 12:11)

6. “Whoever loves instruction loves knowledge, but he who hates correction is stupid.” (Proverbs 12:1)

7.As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore, be zealous and repent.” (Revelation 3:19)

8. “You should know in your heart that as a man chastens his son, so the LORD your God chastens you.” (Deuteronomy 8:5)

9. “Behold, happy is the man whom God corrects; Therefore, do not despise the chastening of the Almighty.” (Job 5:17)

10. You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.” (2 Timothy 2:3)

5 Major Steps to Spiritual Discipline

Christians that would make it to the end are always referred to as Soldiers of Christ.

Note: This had nothing to do with attending a school of Theology because God Himself is your trainer!

Below are some key steps to take before you can make yourself available to God for spiritual training;

1. Your status as a born-again Christian must Love GOD more than anyone on earth.

“He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me.

And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.” (Matthew 10:37-39)

2. Readiness to obey every command from the LORD without argument. To replace heart of flesh with heart of stone. (Ezekiel 36:26)

3. Set your mind to the reality that there are good and difficult times, joy and sorrow, sacrifices and pains on the training camp.

4. Trust no one on earth and make Jesus Christ your only Close Friend.

5. Put everything about this world behind you!

7 Spiritual Disciplines for Your Success as a Christians

1. Frequent Prayers

Daily prayers mean consistent communication to the LORD for direction and establishment of His will in your life.

2. Bible Studies

Reading and meditating the word of GOD with a humble heart to learn something new every day is essential.

3. Fasting

No room for gluttony or hunger for the worldly sweets. Regular fasting shapes your body and helps your spirit to concentrate.

4. Heartful Worship

You don’t worship God through the name of any pastor. You worship the LORD through His Name recorded in the Bible.

5. Evangelism

At least one person should hear about Jesus Christ through you every day. Make yourself available in your environment to propagate the Gospel likewise your internet availability.

6. Servanthood

Help the poor, the weak, the vulnerable, widows, orphans and the likes as directed by the LORD.

7. Check and Balance

Always do a self-examination of your actions and reactions all the time with the Word of God as your standard.

“Therefore, let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.” (1Corinthians 10:12)

If all these spiritual disciplines are practiced by our Lord Jesus Christ when on earth then it is wise for you to get trained by the LORD.

What is Slave of Sin and Can a Christian be Enslaved?

What is Slave of Sin and Can a Christian be Enslaved?

Slave of sin means a metaphoric expression that describes sin as a lord to people who disobey the commandments of the LORD. Sin is the master while sinners are the slaves.

“Jesus answered them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever.”” (John 8:34-35)

Today’s message would explain the features exhibited by someone enslaved in sin and it would be an eye-opener for many young Christians.

20 Ways to Know when Someone is Slave of Sin

1. Not ready to resist temptation but to dance to the tune of the sin.

2. Takes habitual sin as a normal harmless action.

3. Supports the cultural practices of the land which contradicts the LORD’s Will.

4. Not ready to pay the sacrifice of self-denial to sins.

5. Having one thousand and one reasons for committing iniquities.

6. Obeying the lust of the flesh.

7. A slave of sin knows good deeds but won’t do.

8. Hates Jesus and serves the LORD with lip service!

9. Someone who is slave of sin does not have faith in Jesus Christ.

10. Does not put on the armour of GOD every day.

11. Public presentation of the body to serve as an instrument for sin.

12. A slave of sin rejects the strength of Jesus Christ that could break the bond of sin away.

13. Always love the worldly desires that lead to multiple somersaults.

14. Confess sins every day but not ready to repent!

15. Expects GOD to shout from Heaven if their sinful actions were truly wrong.

16. Doesn’t believe the records in the Bible but wants Jesus Christ to come and do another special preaching of the Gospel.

17. There are situations an enslaved person hates the sin but won’t come out to seek for help from the right servants of the LORD.

18. Always full of regrets.

19. Peace, joy and happiness are always short-lived in the life of someone enslaved in sins.

20. Lives a deceitful lifestyle!

If you are in the Christian fold and you notice any of the points above in your life, don’t over-look the issue but strive to change your status from slave of sin to slave of righteousness. May the LORD uphold you as you yield to His instructions in Jesus’s name.

GOD is Same as Jesus; how could this be True?

GOD is Same as Jesus; how could this be True?

It is unfortunate to see the success of the Devil to cause confusion in the midst of the Christians that GOD is same as Jesus. To understand the truth about this topic, it is important to know who is GOD, Jesus, and what is their relationship?

Today’s message would explain the truth if GOD is same as Jesus or not. I minister to you as a messenger of the LORD who was privileged to see GOD and Jesus. All my Bible references to explain the truth shall strictly come from the quotes of GOD and Jesus Christ only, so no bias!

Vision about the Great Judgement

On the first day of the ninth month of 2003, I saw a great vision about the end time. I saw the LORD with a descending golden crown to His shoulder and to the group on the left HE pronounced: “Satan has not been doing good so he is condemned to lake of fire”.

After this pronouncement, Satan and all his members were handcuffed automatically, full of bitterness and grieve without hope of liberty, they bow and shook their heads in sorrow.

The LORD pronounced to the second group: “Jesus has been doing good so He is victorious.” Jesus and all His members were dancing, jumping up and shouting the word ‘Victory’! There was a great joy in their midst.

Interpretation of this vision can be seen in my previous message titled; How would the Judgment Day look like?

3 key Observations in the Spectacular Vision

1. Everyone in that vision have the same look.

“So, God created man in His own image; in the image of God, He created him; male and female He created them.” (Genesis 1:27)

2. GOD was not the same as Jesus Christ.

3. Only GOD has the Authority for the final Judgement.

“I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.” (Revelation 20:12)

Teaching About Holy Trinity is False!

The root cause of the expression that ‘GOD is same as Jesus‘ was traced to the ancient popular teaching of the Holy Trinity; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. This false teaching says GOD came to the world as Jesus.

The teaching contradicts itself that GOD, Jesus and Holy Spirit are three different persons but yet they are one person; GOD the Head. This teaching is demonic because there is no verse in the Bible where GOD or Jesus Christ substantiates this strange claim.

How can a father be a son to himself? And how can a son become the father of his father? It is a wrong teaching with the intention to create a false gospel.

Listen to Apostle Peter’s warning about false teaching: “But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction.” (2Peter2:1)

Read more about holy trinity in my message: Holy Trinity: Is the Doctrine from God or the Bishops?

GOD is Not the same as Jesus Christ

The following points are reference from the LORD to show that Jesus is not the same as GOD:

1. GOD’s Identity is different from Jesus

“And God spoke unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the LORD: And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.” (Exodus 6:2-3 kjv)

2. GOD Sent Jesus to Come

So, HE is a Master to Jesus Christ and it was not the LORD who came to die for our sins.

“And the Holy Spirit descended in bodily form like a dove upon Him, and a voice came from heaven which said, “You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased.” (Luke 3:22)

3. Holy Spirit hovered Mary and formed Son of God

“And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God.” (Luke 1:35)

If the Angel of GOD referred to Jesus as Son of God then why did some early elders in the church said He is God the Son?

4. The Plan of Salvation for man Originated from GOD

If Jesus came as the LORD then He would not give the expression below:

“Therefore, My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again.”

“No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My Father.” (John 10:17-18)

5. GOD spoke from Heaven during transfiguration

If Jesus was GOD, is the LORD’s expression below necessary?

“And a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is My beloved Son. Hear Him!” (Luke 9:35)

GOD is same as Jesus? No! Jesus is Not same as LORD

Jesus made us to understand many times that He has a Father and Christ never gave us the impression that He was the Father. Yes, He was full of authority but He never claimed to be the Almighty GOD!

1. Jesus did NOT Know everything about GOD

“Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.” (Matthew 24:35-36)

2. Jesus was a Messenger of GOD

“Jesus answered them and said, “My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me. If anyone wants to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is from God or whether I speak on My own authority.” (John 7: 16-17) This response from Jesus shows that He is lower and not equal to GOD.

“I came forth from the Father and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world and go to the Father.” (John 16:28)

3. Jesus Prays to GOD for Help

Don’t you see it to be a mad event if someone is praying to himself? Since we all know that Jesus is not mad then it implies that He is praying to someone superior to Him.

“He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, “O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will.” (Matthew 26:39)

4. Jesus Gives Report of His Stewardship

“Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, “as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him.

And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do…” (John chapter 17)

With this reference from Jesus Christ, it shocks me to hear people believe the false teaching that God and Jesus is the same Person.

5. Jesus always Give Thanks to GOD

“…And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me…” (John 11:41)

The statement of Jesus shows that the personality of GOD is different from His. So, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit is a cock-and-bull story.

6. Jesus’ Commandments exalt GOD and not Himself

“Jesus said to him,” ‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.” (Matthew 22:37)

If Jesus was Yahweh as claimed by the false teachers then He would have said: “You shall love Me with all your heart…”

7. Jesus Shout to GOD in Grieve

“And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?”

Did you think it is necessary for Jesus Christ to shout to anyone if truly GOD died for our sins on the cross? If Jesus and GOD are the same person then why did Jesus Christ shout to God on the cross?

The 12 cogent points above are original statements from GOD and Jesus Christ to show that they are not the same person and not equal in authority or position. Jesus openly told the world that GOD is the Greatest.

God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit is a demonic teaching that cannot be truly substantiated with genuine verses from the Word of GOD or from the Word of Jesus written in the original Bible.

Is Jesus Christ our Lord?

Jesus is Lord while GOD is LORD. If the Jewish wives call their husband ‘lord’ as a form of respect. And we chose to call the Judge in the court of law ‘my lord’ then it is not a mistake to call Jesus Lord.

The LORD gave Jesus Christ a great authority than anyone else, so Jesus is Lord. And we should also acknowledge that Yahweh is LORD of Lords.

Jesus re-affirmed judges as gods and Himself as Son of GOD in the book of John chapter 10 verse 33 to 36, but that does not equate judges or Jesus to be the same as Jehovah who is GOD of gods!

For the LORD your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome…” (Deuteronomy 10:17)

So, the unbiased explanation above with respect to references from the LORD and Jesus Christ answers the question “God is same as Jesus?” to be NO!!

Dead to Sin; 7 Steps to Live a Sinless Life!

Dead to Sin; 7 Steps to Live a Sinless Life!

Dead to sin means that your soul is not controlled by the influence of sinful demons. It is a status of freedom from the bondage of sin.

We are surrounded by sins! Iniquities in the government, society and in many churches controlled by false Pastors or Prophets. I was confused when some leaders who were expected to uphold righteousness told me that no one can be free from sin. Dead to sin looks impossible!

However, God hates sin and does not want us to perish inside the stronghold of sin. He sent Jesus Christ to the world for the last Blood sacrifice to deliver us from the bondage of sin. Can Jesus make you dead to sin?

Today’s message explains the basic steps to take for a sinless life.

7 Ways to Become Dead to Sin

1. Marry the Bible

Going to church, participating in doctrinal rites, pumping your money to pastor for godly forgiveness or rendering service for the progress of the Gospel does not make you dead to sin. The secret code is reading and understanding the Word of God.

2. Make Covenant of Obedience

You cannot be dead to sin if you don’t make covenant with the LORD to obey every word and every instruction from HIM. Your absolute readiness to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ is a strong step.

3. Invite the Holy Spirit

Having confess your sins and choose to give all your life to the LORD to control, the next step is to invite the Spirit of GOD to dwell in you permanently. He releases Power of Holiness to you every time you encounter temptation and you’ll become dead to sin.

4. Don’t Copy the World

Be bold to say ‘No’ to all the popular non-scriptural practices going on in the church and around you. Raise a red card to anyone or any technology that could influence you to live a lukewarm life.

“If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.” (John 15:19)

5. Always Ask Yourself

You’ll become dead to sin if you cultivate the lifestyle of asking yourself this question: ‘If Jesus Christ is presently in my situation, what will He do?’ Jesus Christ is in you to give the quick answer and His response will surely make you sinless.

“Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.” (John 14:23)

6. Offer Your Body as a Living Sacrifice

Many people could not be sinless because they don’t want any short-term pains or sufferings but they want to enjoy all the worldly deceptive entertainment and acquire wealth and fame by all means.

“For it is better, if it is the will of God, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.” (1 Peter 3:17)

7. Timeless Worship

Jesus was dead to sin when on earth because He worship the LORD every day and night. Sin could not have its way into heaven because the angels worship the LORD regularly. Always worship the LORD steadily in your heart and you’ll become sinless.

If the LORD told me to preach to the world that HE would forgive any sin provided the sinner is ready to follow HIM, then I believe GOD is not happy seeing anyone in sin. I follow the steps above and I have testimonies every day!

I urge you to follow the powerful ways above and you would surely be dead to sin.
