Many people’s faith is attached to dark powers and technologies. Many churches are shut in some developed countries like the UK and Europe because many Christians are renouncing God and following the false gods.

The Christian world is currently going through a tough trend, but it is not unexpected because Jesus Christ prophesied and recorded in the book of Luke chapter 18 verse 8: “…Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”

“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.” (Matthew 5:6)

2. Meditate on God’s Word: Reflecting on Scripture helps internalize its truths and deepens your spiritual understanding analyzed by the Holy Spirit to you.

“But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and in His law, he meditates day and night.” (Psalm 1:2)

3. Pray without Ceasing: Develop a consistent prayer life to communicate with God and seek His guidance. Pray and fast with a disciplined heart and you’ll grow your faith.

“Pray without ceasing…” (1 Thessalonians 5:17)

4. Practice Gratitude: Cultivating a thankful heart draws you closer to God and makes it easier for you to grow your faith. Be careful not to be full of complaints to Him!

Today’s message will highlight some mighty outputs the Hand of God can do for you.

1. Hand of God can Receive your possessions snatched by your enemies

An instance was recorded in the book of first Samuel chapter 5 verse 11 which says: “So they sent and gathered all the lords of the Philistines, and said, “Send away the ark of the God of Israel, and let it go back to its own place, so that it does not kill us and our people.” For there was a deadly destruction throughout all the city; the hand of God was very heavy there.”

2. The Hand of God makes a stubborn heart to become obedient

I am a living witness to this great manifestation of the LORD and another example is the Israelites as recorded in the book of second Chronicles chapter 30 verse 12:

“Also, the hand of God was on Judah to give them singleness of heart to obey the command of the king and the leaders, at the word of the LORD.”  

3. Your peaceful enjoyment in life can only occur through the Hand of God

The book of Ecclesiastes chapter 2 verse 24 says: “Nothing is better for a man than that he should eat and drink, and that his soul should enjoy good in his labor. This also, I saw, was from the hand of God.”

An example of such wonder is recorded in the book of second Kings chapter 6 verse 5 and 6: “But as one was cutting down a tree, the iron ax head fell into the water; and he cried out and said, “Alas, master! For it was borrowed.”

So, the man of God said, “Where did it fall?” And he showed him the place. So, he cut off a stick and threw it in there; and he made the iron float.”

9. The Lord’s Hand is a supernatural speed to lift you above competitors

Elijah speed was faster than the king riding a horse. The book of first Kings chapter 18 verse 46 says: “Then the hand of the LORD came upon Elijah; and he girded up his loins and ran ahead of Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel.”

Worship is the spiritual meal you can offer the LORD, that can make HIM happy. Worship God means creating a spiritual atmosphere of intimacy with the LORD to express your loyalty and respect without lip or eye-service.

Today’s message will explain the significance of Christian worship, how to worship God and the benefits you get when you adore the LORD regularly.

What Does it Mean to Worship God?

Whenever I say: “LORD, I worship You.” I experience an automation of my heart opening the reverence door of my soul to respect and acknowledge GOD as the only Master of my life and the only Creator of all creations.

I worship God everywhere, and it saves me from falling into temptations too.

The book of Revelation chapter 4 verse 10 and 11 says: “the twenty-four elders fall before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying:

“You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, and by Your will they exist and were created.”

To worship God means to connect your soul and spirit to God’s presence, surrender everything about you and acknowledging HIM as the One and Only GOD.

4 Unique Ways to Worship GOD as a Christian!

Jesus Christ says: “But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.”

“God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” (John 4: 23-24)

The context of the passage above if you read the earlier verses shows that it does not matter where your church is located, and genuine worship has nothing to do with a gathering of the hypocrites.

The following steps of worship must be done in spirit and truth to the LORD.

1. Prayer of Worship

Prayer is about communication so don’t think that it’s all about asking for your needs from the LORD. You can worship God through your prayer time by expressing gratitude to the LORD.

2. Bible Study for Worship

There are some scriptures in the Bible that describe the mighty deeds of the LORD both in the Old and New Testaments, you can’t study such passages with all your heart and remain in an earthly realm.

Meditating the Word of God is a powerful way to enjoy your worship to the LORD.

3. Worship through Music

I can’t overemphasize the power of music in worshiping the King of kings because it is a heavenly practice.

Note: There are many demonic songs everywhere you go to in our generation, so make sure you scrutinize the lyrics of every song you sing with the help of the Holy Spirit.

Music is a powerful way to worship God and you will get connected to the LORD easily. I can’t count how many times I do this daily and truly it’s my secret to stability in the LORD, else I would have joined the bad gangs on the street.

4. Garden of Worship

Take a walk to the seashores, hill, the spring, the valley or any natural environment. You will understand how to worship God when you see nature in manifestation through the mighty Hands of the LORD. This is the main worship style of Jesus Christ when on earth. Read the book of Luke chapter 6 verse 12.  

The righteous ways of Christian worship distinguish us from those that worship things of this world and the devil.

9 Ways to Express Adoration to the LORD

Trust me, you will always have a wonderful worship experience when you express your gratitude in words or songs to the LORD through your mother tongue.

Hmm, you may find yourself in spiritual trouble if you worship God in languages, you don’t understand very well or the so-called false doctrine of “mandatory speaking in tongues.”

Worship expressions can be done through three major modes: your voice, posture, and hands:

1. Speaking

3. Singing

4. Bowing

5. Standing

7. Playing Instruments

So, don’t be disenfranchised by any form of church doctrine that limits you on the type of posture to worship God.
